Artem had some difficulty communicating with us and I am not sure why. Our staff is on site everyday and our booking manager is always available by phone and email. He had some complaints that we are just now hearing about "after" his stay. We are sorry we could not have taken care of his unhappiness while he was here.

David And Brenda, You didn't understand me. I meant problem with modern convinience, in particular with hot water and toilet. Villa is rather old!
