Sorry to hear that Marilyn. I have had an impeccable review history with other renters, hence my stellar ratings. We were in contact very often via the phone so this seems a little inconsistent to what we spoke about verbally. The instructions for the one hidden cable box are clearly stated on my house instructions, which I left two copies in the home and could have quickly explained if you called me like you did on the other TV. I am sorry you are the only one with issues on the other cable boxes, when we spoke for 10 minutes it was simply that you did not have the input selected correctly. I had 2 beautiful weddings at the property weeks prior as the house is a lot more than just in a pretty neighborhood and a good value. I am surprised none of the positives were mentioned besides the neighborhood.
I try to save my guests money and leave behind and leave a note and tell them to use some of my excess food, drinks or condiments like beers, ketchup, BBQ sauce, ketchup, creamer and salad dressing and alcohol that I don't drink. (I feel it a waste for a visitor to have to buy a bottle of syrup, dressing or mustard for 1-2 meals) So perhaps I should just throw that out in the future. I did leave extra alcohol from the weddings in the refrigerator for you to use. You are correct on that. I did have an entire lazy Susan area and that I leave empty, for my guests and since your review I cleared some shelves and labelled them so the kitchen is more user-friendly and efficient. I will do the same in the refrigerator.
My cleaning lady made the mistake of leaving 1/3 of a load of my laundry in the drier, for that I take responsibility and apologize. I recall you offering to fold and put away, which I said thanks and I thought it was very kind. I hung up saying what a nice guest.
I will heed all your advice, make further improvements and take your comments serious. I leave each bedroom closet mostly empty and leave many drawers empty, I will improve that even more. I am very shocked to hear "absolutely no room for our vacation" I never heard that before, public or private from guests. I really take pride in my vacation home and making your stay an amazing one, I always want my guests to feel "welcome." Thank you for your feedback.

The light switch was located in the corner at standard height 8 feet below the lights that they operate. Upon asking via text I quickly responded with the locale.
Sorry about the local beach, this time of year you sometimes get a lot of seaweed that washes up from time to time depending the tide.
