Reasonable guy. Works hard. Skates for fun.
I appreciate complete information in your profile. As airbnb grows it's more of a struggle to make sure guests are vested in leveraging their reputation to share space with new acquaintances. It's friendlier, also, if I few of your travel plan details to share with others who will likely be in my apartment or house.
I like to give them a hint of your personality and how you'll spend your time. Also, if you reserve, email and texts are best for communication as I rarely have a phone on as I'm a reader/writer first, host second.
Feel free to send feedback about the common area spaces you see when you arrive. Sometimes I need to forward a reminder to others you're sharing with that some tidy is due. I don't send regular nags, but I respond quickly when something I haven't see is brought to my attention. Otherwise you can just ask anyone who has lived in the space what can be accomplished immediately. airbnb mostly attracts people who do not offend easily.
