I am a Media and Communication Management major in Germany and California with a focus on television management.
I caught the "travel bug" a few years ago, and have been going on big adventures across the globe ever since. I enjoy meeting the locals and other backpackers, learning about different cultures and exploring all around. Some of my favorite destinations include Italy, Kenya and Nepal.
Whenever I find the time, I am an avid reader: anything from classic to contemporary literature. Most recently, Jonathan Tropper's "This is Where I Leave You" and John Green's "The Fault in Our Stars" made it up on my shelf of awesome books.
It may come with my area of study, but I still enjoy television a lot (stories just intrigue me, what can I say?). I make sure to set some time aside for half-hour comedies like "Happy Endings" or "New Girl", and hour-long dramas like "Castle".
Maintaining a good relationship with the people I live with is very important to me. I believe in contributing to a living environment where everyone is comfortable. That means leaving shared areas like bathrooms and kitchens the way I would like to find them [clean! And/or with a bowl of fresh pasta.], and socializing with your suitemates for example.
My college rommates would agree with that, and probably add that I even provide extra entertainment in the morning. I need a couple of minutes to wake up.
So anyway, cheers!
