Great condo in the heart of downtown Vancouver on the corner of Granville and Dunsmuir. Nice and clean and in great shape. Beds were great and lots of TLC in this unit. If you are hoping for a water or mountain view this may not be the place for you. We did not need a view for it was a great location. Right on the Skytrain route (Granville Station) but only 3 blocks from Waterfront.
The place was super clean. Parking was a breeze and easy.
I would stay here again and for sure tell others
me hizo sentir como en casa la verdad es que no te falata nada al estar ahí

The listing was accurate; the accomodations were well laid out and of very good quality, as were the amenities, a smallmworkout room in the building, a gym and pool nearby. The neighbourhood, not far from the sea wall on one side and from the Skytrain, was great. Would definitely stay here again.
Lovely, clean and stylish townhouse. Close to amenities. Easy check in/out experience. No bathroom on the main floor which was a little challenging for my older family members.
My family and I had the pleasure of staying in this heritage home recently. We loved the architecture of the building and how well it was remodelled. The modern touches fit in well with the historic structure of the building.
Furnishings were in great condition and we were never short of anything in the house, be it toilet paper, dish soap, or extra towels. It was as if we had a permanent home in Vancouver.
It comfortably housed my entire family, with plenty of personal space for everyone. WiFi internet was strong throughout the home and fast to boot.
The area is a working class neighbourhood and neighbours were friendly. It felt safe at night to walk around. Our only worry was that the street we lived on also serves as a bike highway (literally). Bikers would race by at relatively high speeds throughout the day. Although this concept is an excellent idea, it just means you have to be careful before getting into your car (and check your rear view mirrors prior to opening your door!).
All in all this was an excellent experience and I wouldn't hesitate settling my family here again next time I'm in town.
Unit was clean, very comfortable. the view is nice. Furniture is good with all working kitchen appliances
The coach house was very accommodating, it was very clean and had all amenities that we needed. Our host and operations manager were always available and the information provided was clear and helpful. A good location especially if you rent bicycles. A lovely stay.
We stayed in suite #602 at the Atlier Building on Homer (Robson 4), which is different to the one advertised however, it was better. The master suite is huge with an en-suite bath / shower combination and an excellent walk in closet.
Bed 2 could have been a den but is kitted out as a proper private bedroom also with excellent storage. The advantage was a second bathroom with large walk in shower and although not en-suite was not a problem. The location is excellent, only 10 minutes walk to the Art Gallery on Robson and a maximum of 20 mins to the Cruise Terminal and Canada Place. There is a good supermarket right around the corner with a wine store next door. We were very comfortable and pleased to to check in two hours early. The building is very quiet, residents certainly respect each other as there is very little in the way of noise. There was a well equipped kitchen and plenty of tableware / crockery / cutlery. Extra towels supplied in the bathrooms meant we could have fresh ones when we wanted and could do laundry at our own convenience as there was a very good in-suite washer and dryer. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. This suite is perfect for self catering, we were very happy.
One previous reviewer complained about having to put out the rubbish, start the dishwasher and washing machine, however if they are done in advance of the housekeeping team arriving to prepare for the next guest, this could mean they are able to check in early. We appreciated this having had a long flight from the UK and a early arrival in Vancouver.
If you want hotel services, then stay in a hotel or pay for the maid service which can be arranged. We had one minor maintenance issue which was resolved by the housekeeper. There is plenty of in suite storage for suitcases without them being in the bedrooms. It was great to have the balcony for a pre-dinner drink or early morning coffee. The suite is secure, but a little overlooked by some other properties nearby. The suite was clean, well decorated and appointed. The wifi was very fast. If I have to make any criticisms, the window blinds although make the suite private, do not keep out the early morning light, so you wake up early as the sun rises. The bath towels are a little small if you are used to UK bath sheets. All in all we had a very comfortable stay and would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment. The self check in process worked just fine. Thank you for fitting us in at short notice due to our previous booking being cancelled.
