My first experience with Air bnb was with Andree and his friend Sasha from the Ukraine. The house guests were fairly nice- not too chatty. They pretty much only slept or came in at the wee/early hours of the morning due to their music-parties. I wasn't prepared for the drinking and beer smells and other things that go with it . I wasn't expecting a 4a.m to 6 a.m loud entrance and traffic. I guess these things come along with letting strangers stay in your place and not realizing people don't all live the same way ( DUH!) They drink or have friend that do which isn't a crime- but be prepared to clean up spilled beer and get ready for a strong aroma. These are guys- and every bit of it. If you don't mind cleaning a lot- they are fine. I realize now I will collect a deposit from guests to cover extra cleaning expenses such as dry cleaning a couch etc,. I would recommend them as guests so long as you sit down and CLEARLY communicate house rules to them and explain what happens if the house rules are broken.
