Its simple, dont charge for things you dont gave, especially if you dont control the time and quality of the service of your staff. Rachele offered a maid service charged by hour, the maid only worked 45 minuted per day at the most with a very light cleaning. Rachele didnt control her staff time and service quality, so I paid what I received, just 4 hours in 4 days (we were in the house when the maid arrived so we know how much time she spend). My suggestion to you Rachel is dont offer what you cannot meet, even the lady from your staff at the front desk mentioned that you do not allocate the time to manage your staff, I guess you have to many properties to take care.
