We strive to provide good customer service to ensure everyone is beyond satisfied. As part of our protocol both verbal and written communication was established and we jointly agreed to the new contract amendment which included additional payment for extended stay beyond the period provided through Airbnb. However, after agreeing to sign the new contract and payment process for the balance this guest through the Airbnb review process expressed dissatisfaction. She never expressed any issues prior check-in and during the customer service follow up calls. Make sure to set realistic expectation days prior to arrival and reaffirm any agreement with this consumer to avoid any incidents or issues.
