Im sorry to hear all the negative her family told daniela, who made the reservation for them, but she never came. From the beggining i always send the information to my guest that i dont live in Panama and Manuel takes care of them. As you can see in the other reviews they say nothing more of than good thing and thanks to Manuel. ive work with him and have never had a problem before. Its good to point out I organized the check ins and check outs with time, i ask daniela the information, she just told me they arrived at 2pm. I let her know i had other guests checking out the same date. she was cool about it. then her family arrives at 8am in the morning and still Manuel tried his best to speak to the other guests to let them in before the time expected. Then They refuse to pay the deposit that is always 100$ for 6 plp and i leave it in 50$ they still refuse it (they never paid it) she only made the reservation for one night thru Airbnb and i did the favor to receive them the 2nd night without deposit. they at first told Manuel the check out was at 7am and then they changed it. they wanted to leave at 1pm when my check outs are until noon, if i have no other guests. So my point of view i tried my best to take care of them even if they were stubborn and rude. I apologize if they didnt feel welcome, maybe this was their first time using airbnb and they thought it was like an hotel. I always says in order to have a good rental, both guest and host have to have the best behavior. I keep communication with daniela all the time, asking for her help with her family. some actions have reactions. Im sorry one more time.
