I'm a recent transplant from New York City where I lived for 2.5 years attending graduate school, getting my MFA in Interaction Design at the School of Visual Arts. My research at school allowed me to combine two passions: human communication and environmental sustainability. I'm now located in San Francisco and work at Twitter. When I wasn't busy with work, I explore the city by bike, experiencing as many cultural events, farmer's markets, and restaurants as I possibly can.
Before NYC and SF, I lived in Cambridge, MA for nearly 8 years. I really made Cambridge my home, becoming heavily involved in several bike organizations invested in updating the infrastructure of Boston. My enthusiasm for the environment and urban transportation led me to quit a job in advertising (twice) to start a small studio, Eloi Collective, to work with small businesses and non-profits on branding, marketing, and design. I also used my studio as a creative outlet, selling clothing and housewares at a local craft market. Whenever I wasn't making things, I taught web design at a local college in Boston, enjoyed cooking up food from my CSA, and exploring the city with friends.
