Small business owner in Indianapolis.
My family could not stop raving about this home! Pam was so nice and helpful. We stayed for a week and were kinda sad it was over. The next time we stay in Indy the only place we will stay is here.
Terrific experience! Great for big groups.
Great large house. Clean. Very comfortable for five grown men. Within walking distance of the state fair and a short drive to the convention center.
The owners live next door and keep an eye on the place, which is a great thing.
Parking in the drive for two cars. Plentiful street parking.
I will be coming back for next Gen Con.
This was a pleasant and clean home to rent. Our landlord was gracious and stopped in a couple of times to be sure we had everything we needed.
As an older home the central air was a little less than optimal. On the second floor the bedroom had additional window air conditioners which made it cool and pleasant for sleeping.
The home was fitted with many comfort items and plenty of linens. We'd certainly return if we were staying in the area again.
Beautiful home and very spacious. Favorite part was the front porch.
The home was what our group needed. We had 10-14 housed on any one night. The home is very comfortable. Jordan's parents were our primary hosts and are very gracious. A big thanks to them for their warm hospitality. The home is very clean with all the needs of home provided. Our group would stay again when the need arises.
We stayed in this 4BR for three nights in early June, 2013 and really enjoyed the property, the neighborhood, and the management. The house is clean, well-equipped and all systems were functioning properly. We found the neighborhood perfectly situated between downtown and Eagle Creek Park where we were attending a three-day regatta. Pam was great and we had no issues of any kind. It rained a lot while we were there and we found the large front porch to be a welcome outdoor space yet comfortably out the the rain. Highly recommend!
From our guests (Maya booked this reservation, but was not a guest):
We had a good week staying at the house on Broadway in Indianapolis. The house had four floors, so our whole team of nine adults was able to spread out and feel comfortable in the space. It was also very centrally located, which was very helpful for the work we were doing. Pam was attentive to our needs on Sunday, and we knew she was just a quick knock on the door away if something else came up.
The only negative we experienced was the lack of air conditioning. Indy had a heat wave last week, and the house's air conditioning was not working, which was disappointing. But overall, we were very thankful for the space and resources provided by the owner.
We had a wonderful stay here. This house is very warm and inviting and was perfect for our family reunion. The neighborhood was very nice. We cooked all our meals and found the kitchen supplies plentiful. Fresh market was a great store to shop at for supplies. I would highly recommend this house and would gladly stay here again.
Pam even took the time to take a family shot of our 3 generations.
Had a great stay here. Accommodations were so much better than staying at a hotel. Perfect for hanging out and close to downtown heading south (4-5 miles) and restaurants and nightlife heading north (4-5 miles). The Fresh Market grocery store is just a few miles north on College - and you have to eat at Zest while in Indy right off College street also. Before visiting Indy again I'll check to see if Jordan has availability.
