I found helene very harsh and abrupt , very difficult to accommodate . Wifi was provided, but they kept trying to connect to an old router, do to Helene's frustration (possibly exhaustion from long trip) communication was very difficult with Helene. As a hostess of a corporate loft, my service and accommodations have been nothing but 5 stars and highly recommended , I found the three short days she stayed ruined my credibility and perfect rating . I would definately reconsider before booking them as guests, the money is never worth your reputation. I was even kind enough to allow Helene to stay longer at no extra charge as she had requested due to her guest being ill during there stay, which obviously was unappreciated. My concierge service accommodated Helene and her guest 24/7 but not sure they communicated very well either . This was unfortunate because I have never had any other than 5 star ratings and it only takes one person , onetime .... I hope YOUR experience is better than mine as a Hostess .
Helene and her guests were here for a conference at UT. They were lovely to have in our Empty Nest. They were clean and very easy to work with prior to their visit. I would be happy for them to come back to Austin and stay with us!
Helene, family and friend welcomed me into my own home with coffee and some good conversation after I was not able to greet them when they first arrived. Each one is interesting, engaging, and good travelers. I would host them again without a moment's hesitation.
Helene and her party were very pleasant guests and it was easy to communicate to arrange check in and check out. Apartment was clean when they left. Will be happy to accommodate again. Thanks
