Buenos Aires, Argentina. I teach at Buenos Aires University, and i'm doing a doctorate in social sciences. This is my first visit to Paris.
Few days prior his arrival to our apartment, we sent Jorge emails asking about his precise time of arrival. Several emails. Unfortunately Jorge never replied until 3 hours prior his arrival.
As we host many guests, we have to organize check out of previous guest, cleaning of the place, and check in of the new guest. This logistics requires a minimum of help from our guest.
Jorge wrote us 3 hours before the check in expecting us to be ready. We could not make it until 6pm and Jorge complained about it.
Jorge, please, next time, inform your guests of your arrival time: our guest arrive sometimes early morning, sometimes late in the night, we can not guess what is yours.
That wouldl avoid you the pain of carrying your heavy luggage for 4 hours in the streets of our beautiful Paris.
This would avoid us such an umpleasant comment on our listing.
And we will all enjoy better this fabulous website and service.
Response from Jorge:
I emailed Catherine one day before arriving to Paris, not 3 hours. The city is fabulous, of course.
Jorge is a very nice guest. He left the house clean and in order, he was friendly and kind. I hope to host him again!
