Yeketarina seemed very nice .
Our building is a historic brownstone with original floors that are beautiful.
They are not in perfect shape but completely safe. We don't want to put new ones in because that would change the look of this original brownstone built in the 1880s. The windows had winterized plastic on them because of the harsh weather but that is now removed for good.
We have done some painting up there recently as the harsh winter weather took it's toll. However, it is was and continues to be a warm, sunny and charming apartment. Very spacious as well.
Our neighborhood is one of the most coveted in Brooklyn for many many reasons.
You can not find anything like this anywhere else in the world.
We are so lucky to live here.
