Koske's apartment is right in the hart of West Village and therefore at walking distance of the Meatpackers district, Soho, the Village and Bleecker street. Across the street they serve great coffee and breakfast. The apartment is equiped with all you need included a speedy wifi. Koske has been very accomodating by helping us storing our luggage due to our late departure. Definitively a place to book. We will be back!
Koske's apartment was spotless, quiet and comfortable. The location is great and he accommodated my late arrival and early morning departure. I look forward to staying here again.
A typical West village apartment, very conveniently situated. Clean and nice a1.5-floor bedroom is a nice idea. The host is nice and caring. Thanks for a great weekend in NY
Fantastic location! So many bars and restaurants to explore within easy walking distance. Subway only a five minute walk. Miki quickly responded via text msg to a couple of minor queries about the apartment during our stay. A little cosy but why would you be spending too much time indoors when you are staying in NYC! Would have no hesitation staying in this apartment again or recommending it to friends/family.
I had a great time at Koske's beautiful apartment. First of all, as a native New Yorker and a former West Village resident, believe me, you could not possibly find a better location in NYC, and within the West Village. This is where you want to be. Koske was super helpful, met us to give us keys, gave us a tour of the place, left helpful notes, etc. The bldg has an elevator, which was a pleasant surprise for me, being used to NYC walk ups. The apartment itself is really cute and unique, with the cozy bedroom loft upstairs. The place has plenty of room for a NY apt, with a comfy downstairs with couch and chair, TV, kitchen with all you need, nice bathroom with good shower, closet to hang stuff with plenty of room. Bed upstairs is comfy. Desk upstairs and downstairs. There's a laundry room downstairs if you need. Great experience and would choose Koske's place again over any other air bnb/(website hidden) sublets that I have done in the past.
Excellent apartment, great location, and the best host. Highly recommend!! Koske appartement was just what we need and he was very kind and supportive!!
The best thing about this place is it's location and the noise-free nights, since the windows are on the rear of the building. This apartment is rather small for two persons, and with all the personal items around there's not much space to use. There is basically no space for laying out a suitcase, and the closet available to the guests holds plenty of household stuff and a couple of hangers, but one cannot really hang anything in it. Compared to other BnB's visited, cleanliness doesn't seem a top priority here, which was a bit of a disappointment. Koske was helpful with tips on how to get to his apartment, and it was great that we could leave our bags for a couple of hours after official checkout time before heading to the airport. Nevertheless, on the next trip to New York, our lodging choice will be different.
This place really is a gem! Koske Miki was very accommodating on check-in time (I arrived at the apartment from the airport after 11pm) and quickly explained all the key pieces of information. He let me know that he was available to contact on email or telephone at any time which was super helpful. I travelled alone, but this place is suitable for up to two people. Towels and soaps were provided, as well as a kitchen full of equipment and basic supplies to use. There is a TV with cable for any down time moments, in addition to a communal room to do laundry. I chose this area specifically having lived in NY previously, because of the amazing restaurants, cafes and bars in the area. Plus, you're two blocks from the Hudson River, with amazing views of New Jersey and a great place to run in the sunshine. You're a short walk (10 minutes) to the nearest subway station and taxis are always driving around Charles and Greenwich and surrounding streets ready to pick you up. The place is small but perfectly formed and you will quickly feel like a part of the West Village community. It's a great base to explore the city from and you're in the heart of real New York (away from the Times Square tourist trap). I wholeheartedly recommend this apartment for a wide range of people - single or two people, business or pleasure, young or old (only consideration is the bed area has a low ceiling and may not be suitable for people with mobility problems). Next time I visit NYC I will be staying in this place again! Thanks Koske Miki, for adding so much to my trip with your awesome place.
We stayed at this perfect location in the middle of West Village, with coffee shops, stores, great restaurants in walking distance. The appartment offers everything thats needed for a pleasent stay and Miki was very easy to communicate with from start of the booking until the end of our stay. Thank you for your hospitality over that Easter weekend. We would come and stay again.

Koske was a quiet and respectful guest. He would be welcome back anytime and I would definitely recommend him within the Airbnb community.
