RENTERS: I have been renting since 2007 and have never received a bad review until Feb 2014. Please Please, if you have a question, concern, issue, or problem contact me by call, text, email, or airbnb message when you are checking in, during your stay, or checking out. I am hearing about problems days and even weeks after you checked out. I can't help you that late in the game, but I can for sure help you and take care of your needs and wants when you are at the vacation rental. I have staff members, hot tub company, maintenance specialists, and cleaning companies on call 24/7 and I have 67 vacation rental properties so if there is a problem with your vacation rental I can usually move you to another property.

Best time to get one and ask is during the non holiday weekdays(Sunday - Thursday) and non peak weekends in April, May, October, and November.

A NEW PROBLEM THAT IS COMING MORE AND MORE PREVALENT IN LAKE TAHOE: A lot of my awesome Lake Tahoe renters are from the Bay Area. I know its a long drive to Tahoe, and when you get here you want to go skiing, to the bars/clubs and casinos, for now on, as of 2/1/2014, if you are planning on checking in late you must contact me and give me your approximate time of arrival, I am having renters show up at 3am trying to check in, its dark, freezing cold, and the majority are coming back from the bars and casinos and having difficulty using the key less lock box. 4pm is check in at all my rentals, I do not care when you check in after 4pm, its your vacation, just please communicate with me when you plan on arriving so either myself or my employees are able to assist you at anytime of the day or night if you are having difficulty finding the address or gaining entrance to the property.
