I love the resort feel of the Palm Springs, CA area. Gay professional, not professionally gay. I have lived in six countries, so there is no such thing as a "foreigner." I enjoy fine dining, so I know all the great places to eat locally. I have been really fortunate where meeting people and sharing space has been concerned. Desert Hot Springs is "The Spa City," and best for those who are seeking out something closer to Joshua Tree, the mineral spas, or Cabot's Museum (on the National Historical Register). The views from my home are breathtaking.

Legal Disclosures and Disclaimers :

The AirBnB experience in my home is one of meeting people in our journeys through life's experiences. The HOA requires that I inform you that my home is an offer to be my guest via the social media application of AirBnB. I own and live in my home, and no transaction is accepted under the auspices of any implied contract inconsistent with observed HOA and CC&R guidelines.

To Wit : "It's illegal to have paying guests for less than 30 days--unless, of course, the property is a licensed hotel, bed-and-breakfast, or other similar business. However, there is an important exception: It's not illegal to rent a room if you occupy your home or apartment at the same time and all parts of the dwelling are available to the paying guest."
