I've lived in London for nearly 20 years, and love exploring the city and everywhere I can get to from it! My travelling has taken me all around the world, a number of times, and this has fuelled my passion to capture what I see. The remote places have stirred me the most, leading me to visit Antarctica three times, a few trips across the Arctic and some other far-flung places that most people have never even heard of (eg. the Kuril Islands!). My favourite destination at the moment is Iceland - an incredibly beautiful country influenced by its stunning geology and ever-changing weather (and a short-ish hop from London!). I hope to go back again on assignment early next year, after I spent a wonderful week there in March 2012.
I particularly enjoy photographing landscapes, but also love my home city of London for the photographic opportunities it provides. As each landscape is different, each corner of London offers a new and fascinating view. My favourite building in London is Battersea Power Station - such an incredible icon!
I am currently working as a freelance photographer, while enjoying bringing up a new fellow in my life - Henry, the cocker spaniel.
