Kari's home is beautiful and the location is unbeatable, just in front of the Golden Gate Park. It has a great view to the park. The accommodation is very comfortable for a group of four. Is very close to the beach and has easy access to bus to go to downtown or the piers. You can easily walk to the sites that are in the park (Academy of Science, Tea Garden, and de Young Museum).
The kitchen is very well equipped and the place makes you feel at home. Thank you very much for allowing us to be there with our family.
Kari's house was beautiful! We really enjoyed staying there. It is in a great location and is nicely furnished. We didn't get to meet Kari but she was available to answer any questions we had and she communicated well.
This is a really nice apartment and well located. It is tidy, spacious, beautifully decorated, and the TV and couch is a real treat if you want to chill out. It did feel a bit as if I was intruding in someone's private space as everything was left with all their personal things about and there was no space for me to hang or leave my own clothes.
It is a great pity though that my stay here left a bitter taste in my mouth: Kari had organised that the cleaners would get the key from the lock after I had left without telling me about this. The instructions given to me specified that I leave the key on the kitchen counter and lock the door behind me. After I left I informed Keri that I wanted to collect my luggage a bit later when I had transport, and thus still had the apartment key with me. Only then did she tell me that I was supposed to leave the key in the lock outside. Even though I didn't do anything wrong, I apologised profusely and even offered to clean the apartment, because this botched arrangement now meant that the cleaners could not get into the apartment. Everything worked out in the end but Keri didn't even answer my last text message, and I felt as if she blamed me for the whole miscommunication.
I found the apartment bathroom in an unpleasant condition: the toilet wasn't flushed, with a large bunch of hair also drifting in the bowl.
I made an extra effort to leave the apartment in a very good condition when I left - I even washed all the linen and towels I used, cleaned the place thoroughly, left a large container of washing liquid, and replaced everything I used - even toilet paper. I didn't get any recognition that I did that, only an abrupt last message about the key and the cleaners.
It was a real pity that my stay in this apartment ended on a negative note for me and that Kari wasn't very accommodating, and even slightly rude about the key and my last day there.
Apart from these hiccups the overall stay and experience was positive, and I will still recommend it as a good option.
This clean, cheerful and uncluttered one bedroom apartment - with a balcony - was the perfect location to enjoy the Hardly Strictly Bluegrass Festival in Golden Gate Park. There is a beautiful new playground on the block too. Tai chi practitioners are on the lakeside on 36th Ave. In the morning. Sweet stay!
We had one heck of an amazing time staying at Kari's place! It truly was a home away from home...There were 6 of us friends total, 3 men and 3 women, in town for the festival. There was ample room to lounge/walk around and enough space for the women to get away when they wanted to.
The house is very well kept, neatly organized, and comfortable. The amenities were awesome...granite counters, wood floors, comfy sectional couch, balcony, washer and dryer, just about (website hidden) park is literally right across the street. We would play Boche Ball or actually Pentanque, in the park prior to entering the festival.
Kari is one of the sweetest people you will every meet and it was a pleasure calling her home, our home for our extended weekend in SF. Highly recommended!
the appartment is really great with a lot of place in each rooms, it's also a good located in SFO next to the golden gate park.
Kari was helpfull and always answered us as soon as she could.
We found the housekeepers when we arrived and they did a very good job, everything was clean.
So we recommend this place to all if you want to spend a good time in SFO.
Thank you Kari for sharing your beautiful appartment. We had a great time and everything was perfect. Best of luck in the future. Best regards
Mathieu and family

Kari's apartment in Outer Richmond was the best place we could have hoped for! With ample room, comforting amenities and an amazing view of Golden Gate park (right across the street!), we truly experienced San Francisco in style. And being just steps away from the #5 bus made it incredibly easy to get to and from the city. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
Kari's place is absolutely darling. It's clean, well organized and spacious. The only negative thing I would say is similar to another reviewer is that the second bedroom is a den but its actually a nice big space with privacy so it's good. She was also really helpful with anything we were curious about.
We were so glad this reservation worked out for Kari. Delightful, thoughtful guests we would be delighted to host any time!
Kari and Robin are fantastic, laid back people with a beautiful apartment home in a prime spot in the Outer Richmond. Just 20 minutes or so from downtown, their place is truly lovely. Favorite thing about it though is all the ROOM. It's rare to find so much space in one apartment in the city. (Also kind of obsessed with their super comfy den and leather reclining sofa!) All the amenities inside + Golden Gate Park and Ocean Beach just outside = your perfect stay in San Francisco.
