Too sum it up in a nutshell there was a double booking for
the same exact dates and to this day I still have no idea how it happened. My
property management company made a booking at the same time because I received
a confirmation number for the reservation I made for Leonard as did the
property management company for their booking. I know the reservation system
was being updated at this time but like I said, I still have no idea how this
happened. I have been booking my own reservations for 12 years and this this
first time something like this has ever happened. So to my knowledge I thought
Leonard was all set all the way up to his check in day.
Unfortunately this was one of the first bookings I made with
Airbnb and it is the only review I have.
Please feel free to look up my properties on vacation rental
by owner, (website hidden), listing numbers
(phone number hidden), and 121606. There you will see very positive responses about
guests’ experiences with me and my properties.
As far as the PayPal refund goes, I apologize for not
clicking on the proper payment method. Lesson learned.
