Nice warm and clean apartment at a pretty good location. Very relaxed and cosy district: not too touristic/loud, but still very lively. Some great restaurants (Try Les Valseuses for dinner, Anna Blume for breakfast or Kauf dich Glücklich for waffles! All just around the corner) and shops (unfortunately for us a lot of them were closed during Easter weekend). Dima was very friendly and overall the apartment was a very good option price/quality-wise. Nothing negative to say (except maybe that I'm not sure if the fridge was working? Could be just my mistake... We didn't use it a lot anyway, with all the good restaurants!). Thanks for a wonderful Berlin-experience!
Dima's apartment was wonderfully situated and we really enjoyed our days spent there. The apartment fully met our expectations and it certainly lived up to its description. We never actually met Dima, but were instead welcomed by his very nice and helpful friend Vovy.
We would love to stay at Dima's place again some time in the future.
We had a very pleasure stay in Berlin. The apartment is clean, quiet and very well located. It is near Eberswalderstrasse station, a place plenty of restaurants, coffee shops and bars. I definitely would stay at this apartment again!
Great flat, large studio room with a nice warm feel. Excellent location, really close to the U barn. Extremely comfortable large bed. Supermarket just round the corner, as well as a huge flea market nearby on a Sunday. Dima was easy to communicate with and pleasant. Before you buy shower gel or shampoo check in the bathroom cupboard! There were plenty of supplies available whilst we were there! Would highly recommend this place.

Dima's appartmens lays absolutely at the best location possible in the hip Prenzlauerberg part of Berlin. You just need to roll to find the cities best shops, restaurants and dancing places. If you wanna travel further, the metro stops in front of the door as well! Dima himself is very hospitable and caring about his guests. The appartment it self is fine with all needed amenities.
I can definitely recommend this place :)
My wife and I had a great stay in Berlin! And a lot of that is due to the location and the comforts we had available at Dima's flat. Located just few steps from the subway and very close to some of our favorite restaurants, undoubtedly this studio is an excelent choice for those visiting the city.
I know Dima and his family for long time. Dima is one of the most honest, trustworthy, humble and nice people I know.
I would definitely recommend staying at Dima's place. His apartment is clean and well located in Berlin. And I'm sure he would make a great host!
