I started to rent my appartment in air bnb website 2 years ago..and i guess that something like that should have happened unfortunately one day...
Saba first has an aggressive communication style by email. I have sent 4 times to her the instructions to reach the appartment...by email, by SMS,... finally, we have waited her... 3 hours after the agreed time, in despite of the fact that 40 minutes before the agreed meeting, she asked my again instructions to reach the street.
Why she was late? No answer. She didn't inform by SMS, or by calling me. But she was using her mobile phone to ask the directions, which means she had a mobile phone....what a disrespect to make people wait 3 hours, and then she called me and said " we are at the metro, please come to pick us".
Considering the agressivity and ignorance of basic polite rules, i have proposed to her to cancel the booking and to give her back the money, but she refused.
She has let the appartment in an entire mess, i had to pay a cleaning lady during 3 hours to clean everyting.
first time in 2 years that i have such experience with a guest...thank you to all other perfect guess that I had before...!
Saba and her friends are very kindly and lovely people!
They take care of my house and I really appreciat them ... gentle, quiet and curious about Rome and all it offer!
I wish everyone to meet and host them: higly recommend!!
