je m appelle Marc j ait 45 ans je travaille comme Hôte d'accueil, mes passions la lecture, les montages vidéos, les repas entre amis, la natation.
Marc was a great host. He warmly welcomed us with fruits and croissant. The apartment was just like in the photos and description.
If we ever decide to come back to paris we will definitely try our luck again with marc's apartment.
We stayed at Marc's house for a week with my boyfriend.
Everything was perfect and Marc has everything we needed in the house! The metro and the supermarket was 2 minutes from the house. The house was very comfortable! It was very clean! Marc help us in everything we needed! Thank you a lot Marc if we come again in Paris we will stay again in your house!!!
If you want to have a real Parisian experience, look no further. Marc's Paris apartment is perfectly and centrally located off of rue Montorgueil, which is bustling with cafés, shops, restaurants, bars, you name it. The apartment itself is super charming and well-equipped (Marc thinks of everything). During my week-long stay there I was able to walk to most attractions within Paris. But if I wanted to go further, there were multiple subway stations within a 10-min walk.
Although I regret not being able to meet in person, as a host, Marc is responsive and communicative even if I asked for random things like what's a good place to eat or how to get to Versailles? He even left macarons for me one day when he had to lead some workers to come in my unit while I was out (he got my permission first and stayed with them the whole time).
The only issue during my stay (and I know it was a one-off situation out of Marc's control) was that the building's water was turned off during the day for about 2-3 days. This was particularly challenging on the last night as it didn't get turned back till pretty late. Marc was unaware of it before so he wasn't able to give me advance notice. However, it's not likely to happen again once they complete the work on the building. So knowing that, the next time I return to Paris, I would happily stay at this apartment again.
Merci beaucoup Marc, for everything!
Marc's apartment was awesome! He gave very clear instructions on getting to his apartment that we had no problems finding it at all. He wasn't around when we arrived so we let ourselves into the apartment and to our surprise, there were fruits, champagne and sweets provided. The apartment was just right and cosy for my boyfriend and I. There really was everything that you would find in your own home (detergent, washing net, pots and pans, books, CDs) that really showed how thoughtful he is! There were also lots of maps which were really helpful for us as it was our first time in Paris. The apartment was also located very near to lots of pubs, restaurants and bakeries and we easily found supper places when we got hungry at night. Thank you for your lovely apartment, Marc! It was truly a pleasure. :)
You can't find any other host who is more thoughtful and considerate than Marc! He went all his ways to help us, make us feel as at home and solve the problems promptly. And thanks again for those little sweet welcoming surprises! :)
Marc's apartment was a perfect fit for myself and two of my girlfriends. Fruit, water, and a bottle of wine was awaiting us upon our arrival. Everything from towels, dishes, maps, and candies were provided for us. The location was central to everything and the strip with all the best shops and restaurants is a minute away. I highly recommend staying here for a great Paris experience.
This is a charming little studio, perfect for a family of 3. Our daughter was very comfortable in the pull-out sofa bed and the double bed in the loft was perfect for the parents. Marc is a wonderful host-- he thinks of everything. We were delighted to find the refrigerator stocked with milk, water, wine and loads of fresh fruit--very welcoming on such a hot day. We happened to be in Paris during a heat wave--the oscillating fan was most appreciated! The apartment is well situated in the quartier Montorgueil--close to everything but still quiet at night. We would definitely stay here again-- Merci, Marc!
Appartement vraiment sympa, très bien situé (proximité métro, restos, commerces, sites), très bien équipé et merci à marc pour toutes ses petites attentions laissées aux 4 coins de l'appart qui ont pu ravir les 3 gourmands que nous sommes !
This apartment is centrally located in a great neighborhood. Many restaurants, food shops, and attractions are within walking distance. While the building is very, old, the apartment is upgraded and modern. It is comfortable for two people. The apartment is well stocked with everything you need, even a hair dryer. Marc was a very good host. On arrival we were greeted with fresh pastries and fruit, as well as coffee and some basic supplies in the refrigerator. He greeted us and helped us with our luggage. (up 2 flights of spiral stairs...so this help was needed!) Marc also printed a few things for us during the trip. I highly recommend this apartment. The only downside is that the courtyard can be noisy at night, mostly on the weekends. Highly recommended!
This charming apartment is perfect! Very comfortable and very well located in the central Paris - near a metro station and a very pleasant neighborhood at Rue Montorgueil . Marc took care of every detail to make people feel welcome and enjoy Paris: fruits, tips, telephone, internet, microwave, etc., etc... Highly recommended!!
