Amazing place, just as pictured :) had a fantastic stay!
My husband and I stayed in Scott's unit at Artnouveau City III for 28 days. We had a splendid stay. The desk clerks were very friendly and helpful. One even gave me cold medicine when my husband inquired about a nearby pharmacy!
Pros about unit:
Decent location between Gangnam and Seoul Nat'l University of Education stations. Close to a Lotte Super grocery. This is a serviced residence. Beautiful decor.
Things that could've been better:
As I mentioned above, this is a serviced residence. You do not receive a complete cleaning ever. Plus, "service" only occurs three days a week unless you request more so our trash got pretty backed up. The sofa is really a love seat which means not much room to spread out. Sporadic wifi (wired connection fine). Dishes were very limited.
Pros about Scott:
Before we ever arrived, Scott sent detailed directions and answered all questions in a timely manner. He even called to check in us once we arrived. I'd definitely rent from him again!!
My stay at this residence was very pleasant and convenient. Scott was a gracious host who responded quickly to every question I had and even made time to show me around town.
The studio itself is exactly as you see in the pictures and it's very clean. The residence is located between two central subway stations with lots if shops right outside the building.
I would definitely stay here again when I visit Korea and highly recommend this place to anyone who may be interested.
I had a really enjoyable time here. I was surprised that this was essentially a residential apartment in a long term stay residency rather than a personal apartment (although that was probably because I did this all super last minute). Scott was really helpful, called me up when I got in, checked I settled in well and had all I need. There was a washer/drier which was crucial for 2 weeks in Korea. There was a nice small cooking area, cutlery, plates etc... and the bed/living room were super comfy. The location is also awesome, right on the green and orange line (Seoul national university station), a 10minutes walk from Gangnam station too. It only cost about $1 to get to anywhere in Seoul by the muni, there was lots of good food nearby. All round I would happily stay here again on another visit so recommend this place.
Scott was a very friendly guest, who will be always welcome again.
