About the cleaning fee, it's quite ridicolous, there is a rate change fixed by banks and people I met at the place ask me the black market rate of change... this shows YOUR commitment and professionalism. Anyway when I check-out I asked if they wanted 20 pesos mas (very clearly) and they said not. About the mattresses only one thing I have to say: have you slept on them at least one time? Please keep in mind I never used the "old" word. About washing machine and the other things not working in the house (WC, window shields and so on) it is not my work to call and make it fixed (expecially in Buenos Aires) it is your work to be sure everything it's ok before people go in. When there is a problem about 20 pesos (on 6000 paied) do you think it's a good idea to have people at your place to repair things? Sorry if you think I'm aggressive, I definitely am not. But I don't like to feel bad in a a place and simply I was, It's in my rights to say my experience.
