I live and work in London, which I love, but frequently travel and have to be away from home. Whether I'm away for work or leisure I love visiting all corners of the world :)
My partner and I loved staying at Patrick's place. We stayed here on two separate occasions before and after a trip to Europe and it became our 'home away from home'. It is cozy and really clean, close to the Earls Court station and great restaurants, a short train trip to museums and great shopping. Patrick was really approachable, friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone! And will definitely stay here again next time we are in London.

We've stayed for 6 nights at Patrick's apartment and overall we had a good experience. The apartment is well located (a few blocks from the tube) and confortable. There ara supermarkets and really good bars and restaurants nearby.
The only problem was that the place was very dusty and the contact with Patrick wasn't very quick.
Patick's place was terrific for a stay in London! It is in the thriving and charming Earls Court area and is only minutes from the Earls Court Tube stop which will get you anywhere you need to go in London. The kitchen boasts complete assortment of pots and pans and a nicely arranged refrigerator and washer/dryer. An ironing board was conveniently attached to the wall and came in handy to get my shirts ready for my morning business meetings in town. Patrick was very kind and easy to deal with before during and after my trip. I would heartily recommend his place if you're planning to visit London!
This flat is super well appointed for those visiting central London - minutes walk from Earl's Court tube station and with lots of local restaurants and a big Tesco around the corner, while in a lovely residencial square. The flat is relatively small but has a big 'living space' (living room-kitchen) for London, so is perfect for two for a short stay. As others have mentioned, make sure you are ok with heights as the bed is located in a low-rise mezzanine space that opens onto the living room.Wi-Fi connection was good, as was central heating and shower water heater. Key-collection, check-in and check-out was very flexible and easy. We didn't cook, so can't comment on the kitchen facilities either way. There were building works going on on the roof while we were there and the building facade was covered in scaffolding however we didn't hear any noise at all from this! Recommended for a short stay in central London.
Patrick's place was ideal for our visit to London. The location was very very conveniently location to trains so that we were able to get everywhere we needed to go quickly and efficiently. Good restaurants, grocery stores, banks, and other basic needs within 5 minutes walk, but the apartment was far enough down a side street to avoid any day or nighttime noise. The apartment is small, but includes everything you need - well equipped kitchen with plenty of room to cook, and a great bathroom with tub and shower. The sleeping loft took a little bit of adjustment, but ended up being very convenient - one of us could be working late night down below while the other snoozed in the loft. And, Patrick was a great host - very responsive to our requests and questions, and his directions were superb. Overall a great experience. I'm sure we will want to contact Patrick again on future visits. Thank you!
I stayed at Patrick's place for 5 days during my last visit to London. I didn't get to see Patrick as he was on a trip during my stay. We communicated via e-mail and getting the keys to te apartment was a breeze. Patrick's place is in a really nice neighborhood and very close to the tube as well as a big Tesco store. The apartment is nicely decorated and was spotless upon my check-in. Overall I had a fantastic stay and would definitely book Patrick's place again. Thank you Patrick for the wonderful airbnb experience.
Clean and tidy. Very well maintained. Location was great, although noise from the street (Warwick Road) can be an itch if you sleep light.
The Studio is clean, well located and calm. I didn't meet with the host personally, because he wasn't in town, but he organized the pick up keys extremely well and gave me all information via email. I can just recommend the studio.
This is a lovely, quiet apartment and a great location. Patrick was a very responsive host and most thorough with his directions. The ladder up to the bed loft doesn't take long to get used to.
