Simplicité, authenticité et élégance. A la campagne au centre du village, idéalement situé à deux pas de Montpellier (tramway), cet havre de paix est idéal. Notre hôtesse a été à l'image du lieu.
Charlottes place is a huge home from 1860 and she is the sweetest host. it is fun to sleep in the round tower with Barbar on the wall and at such a modest price only fait to share bath and bathroom with the other rooms. The view and 7 acre Clos is unforgettable. Her own hand picked almonds for breakfast and home made jam.. Go for the originality. and Charlotte recommends the non tourist spots and restaurant
Un séjour trop court mais génial! authenticité et sympathie, vin excellent avec mention spéciale à La Seigneurie, Bravo et Merci à Charlotte, Céline et vous tous qui nous avez si bien accueillis malgré l'heure tardive. On revient! Agnès, Sophie, Olivier et Franck
Charlotte is a warn host.
We were not aware that we were to share a bathroom and shower room with others in the home and that the bathroom and shower room were at the end of a long hallway. The home could have been cleaner. In addition, unknown to us, the villa hosted a wine festival during our stay which would have been better suited for wine enthusiasts or those not traveling with children.
Charlotte does not speak much english and I speak NO french which might explain the misunderstanding re. the sharing of the shower room and bathroom, etc.
The breakfasts were great. Each morning we were served hot tea/coffee, fresh bread and wonderful homemade jams along with organic juices. In addition to the above, we were offered a variety of cheeses and meets on some days. Our 2 girls enjoyed the breakfasts. The villa gave us great access to Montpellier and the surrounding areas during our 6 night stay.
Excellente expérience! Authentique et chaleureux dans un cadre qui l'est tout autant.
A unique French experience! We had a lovely stay :-) I enjoyed reading on the lawn in the sun & exploring the orchard. It was so peaceful & quite. After a week of fun and sight seeing it was a perfect place to recharge. The rooms were beautiful & spacious. We loved the breakfast... Especially the homemade jams! Yummy! It was a shame we didn't get to meet Charlotte but her children were very accommodating..
le château est hyper bien placé avec un jardin agréable.
un arrêt de tramway se trouve a 5 min a pied pour aller au centre de Montpellier
The castle and yard is very beautiful. Unfortunately, Charlotte wasn't there when we stayed there - which we didn't know. Her son showed us around and was friendly, but it was obvious that Charlotte must be the hostess that usually takes care of the guests. It is definitely special to stay at such a place, but in our opinion it wasn't as neat and clean a we would have liked it - that might be different for other people though.
Charlotte was really welcoming and her Château is lovely! It's an easy tram ride away, so you can stay next to a tranquil vineyard but are still in easy access of the city. The breakfast and wine (made on her estate) was exquisite!
Charlotte is very kind. We were greeted with a bootle of wine from the winery on the grounds of the Chateau. And she gave us a tour of the winery the following morning. We were even invited to pick some luscious cherries to enjoy, as their cherry trees were heavy with fruit. The room was ample with tall ceilings. The parlor and dining room were comfortable spots to sit and read.
