This apartment was an excellent location for a quick visit to Florence. Patrizia was very quick to respond, and getting access to the apartment was easy. The bathroom was great, and there was a small balcony off the main bedroom, which was a nice touch. Living quarters were small, but sufficient for the price. But the location really was great, we didn't have to walk far for anything, and there was a food market right opposite.
Check-in went smoothly, as did check out. The apartment was fine for our needs and clean. Very close to sites and train.
Outstanding location. Jean was fantastic. Comfortable and quaint!
My husband and I had a wonderful time staying here! Jean helped give us great directions around the city of Florence and advice of where to go and what to see. The place is in a great location! We walked from the train station. Walkable to everything we wanted to experience. Bedroom was quiet and had great air conditioning. Thanks for a wonderful stay!!
thanks for all we hope see you again reagrds patrizia
Bien situé, la salle de bain est grande les chambres plus petites ( assez pour 2 lits simples collés). Mais location géniale !
Fast communication and flexibility since the first contact.
Nice and renewed place, in a really great location!
The apartment was nice but lacks natural light. The common area is a bit small. The apartment is above a Kabob restaurant. The problem is that it smells like food, constantly. Also, the noise level is a little high for my liking and the walls between the bedrooms are very thin. However, the apartment met all of our needs.
With that said, the location is also great. Also, Jean was amazing at addressing all of our concerns. He carried our luggage up, he took care of addressing the noise issue, he recommended great restaurants, and also helped fix the sky light. He also came over and fixed the television for my dad. All in all, the service was outstanding.
Overall this is a good place and you can be confident booking here. Just a couple things to keep in mind for people looking for specifics.
The space fits 4 people perfectly, but I wouldn't choose this place for a long stay, we were only there for one night. The communal space is rather small and the walls are thin. The bathroom is huge and has a heater, which is fantastic as showers in Italy are usually colder than their American counterparts. The check in process happens in an office not far away and is relatively painless.
The neighborhood isn't that great, except for the cool Market Centrale across the street. But you walk 3 blocks and you are back in the good stuff. Super close to the train which is helpful and why we chose the place. Only thing I didn't like was the bed, I thought it was pretty uncomfortable.
Patricia & Jean were very responsive and helpful in coordinating our visit. The apartment was clean, air conditioning worked well, wifi was fast, and we had no problems to speak of really. The location is convenient - it's close to restaurants, walking distance to all the key tourist sights and close to the train station (but Florence is so small and walkable that I think that's the case with a lot of places). The condition/quality of the apartment and stylings is about average (don't expect a luxury or high end experience), but it's comfortable for a group and reasonably priced, so it worked out fine for us.
