I regret you feel the different!
On the other hand, we offer one bedroom, one queen size bed for 2 guests stay in Tainan apartment, but you require two beds for 2 persons, I mention that there is no second bed, you said that you could sleep on the sofa, I even try to give you special providing a single futon in the study room, (it already communicated with you in advance also), I don’t know why you complained for this?
I had told before that our apartment did not provide WIFI access, but will provide a 3G sin card into our guests’ phone for internet use, but did not expect your cell phone can not be used with Taiwan sin card, it made you very upset, you know that I really try my best to help and solve the problem, finally I lent you our private smart phone (it worth NT$ 9000) for your Internet use, but requires only NT$ 3000 deposit for our smart phone, you think that is in violating Airbnb terms, and try refused to pay, actually our private phone is not belong to the rental apartment, so deposit requirement is reasonable, and you can 100% get it back when check-out, I don’t understand why made you unhappy? (this situation I had explained to airbnb)
I think~Based on the above several things, make you very unhappy, prompted you with intent picky to our apartment, in attempt to damage our excellent reviews, we feel really upset and sorry for that.
