I'm a real estate agent working and living here in the wine country and I would love to show you around! Also, I'm way into photography, wine and working on my treehouse.

I want to thank Collin for his gracious and friendly attitude. He was very welcoming, and even brought over a tray of French Bread with his wonderful homemade olive oil. The home and surrounding grounds were spectacular, and we were extremely impressed. The cottage was spotless, well furnished and comfortable. My wife, sister and brother-in-law, and I had an incredible weekend of wine tasting and touring. We will definitely stay there again on our next trip back. Thanks again for making our visit so memorable. Rich Tobin.
We had a lovely time and our two-days didn't feel like enough time to fully enjoy this beautiful location! It was perfect! The grounds/views were simply amazing! I encourage you to book this perfect little gateway. The pool house is beautiful and pictures do not do it justice! Upon leaving, Kurt, Colin's Dad, gave us a bottle of their olive oil he grows on their property. We cannot wait to return as I believe we found the perfect location for future stays in Sonoma! Thanks for everything!
This place is truly incredible, even the photos don't quite capture it. The grounds are immaculate and the view of the vineyards in the surrounding area is beautiful. It's a bit of a distance from downtown Sonoma but we much preferred the quiet and rolling hills (and hot tub!) to being in the center of things. Curt was great and gave us a tasting of olive oil made from olive trees growing on the property the morning before we left. Also, take Collin and Curt's advice on winery tours; our tasting experience was unique, small, and fantastic.
It was just wonderful !! Gorgeous place that lived up to its description. My first Airbnb ever and I am now a convert !! Collin was immediately responsive to any question I had before arriving and his father was warm and friendly when we were on the property (Had us taste test his own olive oil against an award winner and his won 3:1.....UNFORTUNATELY we missed the bottle he planned on giving us.....)maybe next time as we plan on returning.....
The home was clean and well appointed too.....
Unfortunately the water was too cold to swim, but by the summer it will be an added perk. Nice little hike up the hills to see the sunset was great as well.
Host was wonderful , property very beautiful and the neighborhood is a fabulous place to walk looking at vineyards and rolling green hills with daffodils lining the road. I felt like I was in Tuscany again.
My wife and I stayed here for two nights and had an excellent time. We had told Colin in advance that we were coming to California to celebrate our 5 year anniversary. Upon our arrival, we noticed there was a large heart on one of the trees as well as a nice bottle of Zinfandel for us to celebrate with.
The cottage itself is impeccably kept, clean and spacious with all the amenities necessary (bath towels, beach towels for the hot tub, toilet paper, etc.). We both got two great nights of sleep as the bed was extremely comfortable with plenty of pillows and a nice, warm comforter.
The outside hot tub is a perfect place to unwind and my wife and I enjoyed it both at night after visiting multiple wineries as well as early in the morning. The surroundings are gorgeous to look at during the day while sitting in the hot tub and there's also a little space to hold your wine glasses and bottle as well as a dock for music.
The cottage is about a 10 minute drive to Sonoma square, making it easy to go out for a nice dinner or to pick up some breakfast, before returning to the cottage to relax.
I hope to be able to enjoy this property again the next time I come to Sonoma!
Kurt & Collin were great hosts! Everything was just perfect! Very peaceful. Beautiful property! Haven't slept in a twin bed in a while, and it was very comfortable. Perfect for 3-4 guests. The hot tub is really awesome. Couldn't ask for anything more. Thanks again!
The guest house was lovely, exactly as shown in the photos. The host was personable and friendly. It was a beautiful relaxing weekend and we will definitely be back.
Incredibly clean and well kept. Amazing views. Quiet and relaxing. The perfect spot to stay in Napa/Sonoma.
Thank you to Kurt, Carol and Collin for an incredible stay! I really felt right at home.
Their property is located in the Sonoma hills, about 10 to 15 minutes from the main Sonoma square. It’s definitely a quiet, refreshing and beautiful place that is unlike the properties that are situated closer to “town.” The villa was spacious and clean, as is with the rest of the property. The place is deal for 2 to 4 people - there were 3 of us that stayed for 3 nights and it was perfect size.
There’s an awesome hot tub for the guests to enjoy and since it was rainy and cloudy during the weekend I was in Sonoma, soaking in the hot tub was just perfect. There’s also a short trail that guests can access that’s right on the property and it leads up to a tree house the view is so amazing at the top of this hill and I highly recommend taking the time to do this short walk.
Kurt makes his own olive oil and was gracious enough to share it with us during our trip – it’s really good! I’d definitely return when it’s warm to utilize the pool, BBQ and get more olive oil!
