Great host with fast communication. Would definitely recommend to other guests! Thanks Adam!
My mate and I recently stayed at Adam's apartment for 6 nights during our visit to NYC. I am pleased to say that our stay was pleasant with no issues at all.
The apartment is conveniently located in Little Italy, w/ heaps of italian restaurants around. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, microwave, tea, coffee and fridge. There's a TV in the lounge and a couch that converts into a sofa bed if need be. Adam had left spare sheets and towels for us which was nice.
Grand St and Canal St stations are located close by. There is also a laundromat 2 doors down and you can get them to wash/dry your clothes for $8.50 (5kgs I think).
Broadway in SOHO is within walking distance and you'll find a lot of affordable designer stores there to satisfy your shopping needs and there are also cool cafes on LaFayette if you feel like chilling.
We did not get to meet Adam unfortunately but he was a great host and really nice. I would highly recommend him to anyone after an apartment in NYC.
We had a nice stay at Adam's place. Adam was very helpful and patient. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Chinese supermarket around the corner. Subway Canal Street nearby. All necessary dishes and kitchen supplies were there. Only two issues: It was incredibly hot in the apartment - the temperature could not be driven down. Also the toilet did not work for a few days, but Adam was very helpful to solve the problem with the landlord. As we were out anyway all day, didn't matter. But besides this, the apartment was wonderful and made for a really amazing New York vacation.
Nice area in Little Italy/Chinatown, close to public transport and to a lot of restaurants. The apartment was nice though a little dirty. All in all, I guess it is a good place to stay in New York.

We had a nice stay at Adam's place. The location can't be beat - you are literally in the middle of it all. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Only two issues - there is no real bathroom, just a small toilet and a shower that is in the middle of the kitchen. A bit awkward, but I guess thats what you get when you are in the middle of Soho/Nolita. Another issue - it was incredibly hot in the apartment and we only found out from Adam after we left that there was no way to turn down the heat as the Super controls the temperature. But besides those two, the apartment was wonderful and made for a really amazing New York vacation.
This studio is perfectly located in the center of SoHo. Great shops and restaurants all around the corner (Opening Ceremony, Supreme, All Saints, Katz Delicatessen...) You can also take a 10min walk to Little Italy or Chinatown. We enjoyed the NEW Museum with 90's New York Art, which is very close to the apartment. The next subway station is just a block away.
Adam is a very attentive host and always available over email. Despite the not perfect cleanness (perhaps an exception) we would recommend this flat because of the location.
Couldn’t have been better … communication with Adam, the apartment, the part of NYC … I only can highly recommend this place from this very nice guy! Next time I’m back in Manhattan, for sure again!
was a pleasure to meet Adam
he has been very respectful, caring and good person
you're welcome anytime!
Adam was a wonderful guest and left the apartment in better shape then we left it. I would highly recommend him to other hosts.
Adam is one of those friends that makes you smile just thinking of him. He's loyal, kind, friendly, fun, with a passion for the entrepreneurial and a love of travel. And, he loves his Grandma, which is very important. He's way cooler than me, and I'm ok with that.
Adam's one of my best friends. I've been to his apartment many times and he has impeccable taste and keeps the place extremely tidy. I highly recommend Adam as a host.
Adam is my neighbor! He is a very thoughtful and kind person who is always eager to share his time with his family and friends. His apartment is always clean, spacious and beautifully furnished. He takes pride in knowing the ins and outs of the city and is always willing to share his wisdom with visitors and new comers. I would highly recommend his space to anyone interested in enjoying the city in one of the most highly sought out neighborhoods in New York.
