The housekeeper did not speak any English, and no one told us that we were to pay her. We have stayed in numerous places throughout our travels and have never made payment to a housekeeper. Understandably, we were not going to leave a wad of cash sitting in the unlocked apartment, without having been given instructions by you or getting a receipt.
I expected you would respond in such a fashion. You refusing to respond to our emails about making payment was not going to stop us from posting a review, to assist future travellers (if that was your hope). Again, we are asking that you provide an address where we can forward the 30€ - in the same way that we asked you on both the day before and day after we checked out. We do not like the accusation that we were skipping out on payment. We are not looking for a 'refund'. AGAIN, please advise where we can forward payment.
