Response from Chris:
I'll state the facts as I seem them, and let you come to your own conclusion. Upon arriving to Dino's building, he was not there. He texted us instructions into the building. Upon entering the structure, his cleaning lady waved us into the what was the wrong unit. The door was open.
Moving on. Dino was staying directly across the hall from us. He did not check in on us once, or let us know there was an unlimited supply of toilet paper/towels. As a guest, I understand you have other things going on in your life. That's why I didn't reach out to Dino, he made it abundantly clear he was not interested in helping us.
We do not fault Dino for not recommending things for us, but relative to my other Air B and B experiences, it's usually something the host is very happy to do, even if on a basic level.
We never bothered him for anything and certainly did not ask "googlable" questions.
