Elena, I tried to be as nice as humanly possible. I stressed that it may be because of the weather, that you were very nice in your communication and that you refunded us 77 Euros of the 330 Euros we paid. I said that your flat is in an excellent location, which it is. And that you have made great use of space. I said it may be because of the weather or because of our sensitivity that we had a problem with the dampness. To be honest I cannot see what else I could possibly say to be as nice as possible while still being honest that we weren't able to stay. If you want to call me a bad airbnb user that's fine - this was a really difficult thing for me to do, because I really don't like leaving a bad review. The only reason I did it, is because if someone else had done it, I would have appreciated it.
