Great apartment. Just as described on website. Jun keeps a very clean and modern place. Good communication and easy check-in/check-out process. Location is close to several great local restaurants and coffee shops.
The place is big, well kept and as in pictures. Smooth and professional experience.
Only annoyance, sound insulation is really weak and the neighbors were a bit noisy at times.
Clean, nice apartment with all the amenities. 5 people can easily share this place.
Hun has a great, clean place and is very responsive. It was a great experience and I would gladly rent it again.
A colleague and I had a great experience staying at Jun's place. We found it well appointed for business travel. It was exactly as advertised - new, clean and very comfortable. The self checkin process was very easy and convenient. The surrounding neighborhood is fun and filled with funky little shops and restaurants along Folsom street. We would love to stay at Jun's place on return business trips.
The apartment is just as in the pictures. Great space and a very nice apartment. Jun is also a great host and very easy to work with.
thanks jun, it was a enough large cosy room.
2 bath is good for business trip.
Super clean, modern, and comfortable apartment. Jun has done a great job preparing his space for guests and I'd happily stay here again on my next trip to San Francisco.
Although I didn't meet Jun in person, he was a delightful host. Provided clear instructions before arrival and touched base mid-stay to ensure everything was going well. In addition, Jun was very responsive when we had an issue unlocking the front door of the building (turns out the key is fussy and requires jiggling before it engages the lock).
Nice neighbourhood in a good location. I stayed in the apartment with a colleague while attending a conference at the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts (across from Moscone Center). It was about a 15-minute walk.
My co-worker and I stayed here for 9 nights and were quite comfortable. As other guests have mentioned, there may be some street characters about, but the neighborhood is safe enough with your street smarts activated. Folsom Street offers plenty of nearby eating and drinking establishments, and as the description mentions, the freeways and BART are close as well. The apartment was spacious and clean, the beds comfortable, and the WiFi reliable and fast. Check-in and checkout were easy with the lockbox. One note of caution: the neighbors in the building next door sometimes hang out in the space in between, and their noise/smoke carry well. Keep the windows open for ventilation during the day and close them during inadvertent social times, and you'll be fine.
We had such a great stay at Jun's apartment in SOMA. it was spacious and beautifully decorated, perfect for two couples, and was an easy walk to everything the city has to offer. I disagree with the reviews that said the neighborhood is unsafe, I felt totally safe walking home after a NYE show at 3 AM. There may be some homeless people nearby but that is normal for EVERYWHERE in San Francisco. I highly recommend staying at Jun's, I would definitely stay here again!
