I am a native of Southern California. Love the outdoors, sports and meeting new amazing people.
Moved back to LA after a few years, needed to find a permanent place. This was a great place to stay! Super clean, comfortable and great location. Tony is a great apartment manager. He is really helpful and nice and definitely likes to make sure you're happy!
In a word: wow. Neat apartment complex, just undergone major renovations, my apartment was basically brand new and with a very nice standard of furnishings. Tony, the building manager, was always available and super helpful, great guy, definitely an asset. The location itself, well, it doesn't get more central than this, you're basically in the middle of Hollywood and Highland in less than 3 minutes on foot. Runyon Canyon Park is basically 3-4 blocks away, the Hollywood Bowl only a 5 minute walk... It's a great location for a long weekend or (like in my case) a multi-month stay. Definitely check it out, I enjoyed my time there.
I had a really wonderful stay at the property. The unit was nice for the time I was there and Tony could not have been more helpful. No matter what the issue he was there in a jiffy to address it. The location is in the middle of the Hollywood and traffic can be a little tricky. But, like the rest of LA, learn the routes and times to avoid it. Overall great place and recommend.
Tony (onsite manager) and his wife Kelly were absolutely superb. They were gracious hosts during our entire stay. From even before we arrived, Tony made himself available to us to be of help in any way he could. He was there upon check-in to ensure our comfort and there upon check-out (Kelly joined as well!) to bid us farewell. He never failed to be of assistance and both he, and Kelly, made us feel extremely comfortable and safe the entire month we were there. This was very important as we had our 6 month old baby with us and it could not have been a better experience. The building is well taken care of. It is clean and has been upgraded with care and attention. You will most definitely be at ease with Tony, Kelly, and the accommodations. We would definitely recommend staying at the Hollywood Cozmo!
This place was amazing and Tony was nothing short of extraordinary! The place was spacious, CLEAN and had everything we needed for our short term stay. Tony was always available for any questions we had, or even when we needed help finding our way around and moving things around in the apartment to accommodate all of our stuff! The neighborhood was also close enough to Hollywood Blvd to accommodate short walks to nearby restaurants etc, but yet also removed enough to enjoy a bit of quiet time. I would recommend this place to everyone!!!
I really liked staying here! The apartment was nice, had alot of space and it had everything I needed. The location was perfect, just a short walk to Hollywood blvd and the Metro station.
We had a very good experience. The apartment was fine, just like expected and in accordance with the photos. We were welcomed very nicely by the manager who remained nice from begining to end, a real nice person. We would definitely come back !
This was a really good place to stay for a month of work in LA. The location is great, very central. The building has some hollywood history, but has been recently renovated and remodeled, so everything is clean and new. It's like staying in a really spacious hotel. Andrew was very professional, and Tony the on-site manager was very friendly and helpful. When I moved in I needed a few things like a work desk, and they took care of everything right away. Thanks guys!
This place was great. The reason it's so expensive is because of the neighborhood/location. It truly is strategically located. The real draw of this property is the accommodating property manager, Tony. There were a number of special requests I had to make, and Tony was more than willing to accommodate. He really made the stay worthwhile. Thanks Tony!
Hollywood Cozmo was a great starter location for my boyfriend and my cross country move to LA! It had everything we needed and Andrew and the building manager, Tony, were wonderful!
