It is somewhat difficult to know how to approach such a hostile review - but perhaps the best way is to recommend you scroll down and read some of the other reviews - especially those about Julian and Raquel who look after the place. I should also comment that the trouble started with this booking when I had to explain to the guest that an early check in was not possible because there were guests in the place until at least 11am and we had to clean the place and prepare it. Despite this being explained right from the outset, indeed in my first email to him, I received repeated emails asking if he could check in early. The reason there was such a high volume of emails was because of this very persistent attempt to secure the early check in. Once it was clear there was no possibility of this - then we had problems and nothing was right..
The intention of this review is obviously to persuade you to look elsewhere and give this place a miss - all I can do is suggest you weigh this review against the overwhelmingly good reviews. Thanks.
