Hi ! My name is Lin.
Excellent place to stay - fantastic spot between Shinjuku and Shibuya - with great food very nearby. Two private rooms with the whole place being ideal for four people or fewer who don't mind sharing rooms. Excellent Tub and Shower. Friendly and consistent communication from Lin. Will definitely look to stay here again next time in Tokyo.
Very nice apartment for our stay in shibuya.
Centrally located, well furnished: adequate as a base for a family of 5 to explore Tokyo. Close to Yoyogi station which is well connected to the Tokyo subway and train network and grocery stores for basic supplies.
Lin's Apartment is a great place to stay for an extended period. Well appointed with all amenties you might require. The location was fantastic with public transport very close, restaurants and bars nearby. A very clean, warm and enjoyable stay will be had for those who choose Lin's Apartment
This was our second visit to this apartment in Shibuya. Lin has set it up beautifully with everything you need and the location is top notch
This was our 2nd stay at one of Lin's Tokyo houses. This was our favorite place of our entire stay in Japan!
It is located in a super cute town in Tokyo right near Samezu station, which we found easy to navigate to anywhere from with a transfer at Shinagawa station. It is also a block away from a traditional 100 year old temple. There is also an art&hostel cafe down the street, giving what would be a teeny town a more widespread vibe. You can walk to McDonalds, and a large 2 story market that had everything you needed. There is a soccer field nearby, multiple markets/restaurants, and everything you would want to have access to by foot.
The heating was warm (we were there in January) and both of the rooms were absolutely adorable.
The only thing I would bring up is there was no where to brush your teeth/look in the mirror. Perhaps a Japanese thing, where a sink is less important, but we found ourselves brushing our teeth in the kitchen sink. We didn't mind this in the slightest bit, as the house was just so cute! We wanted to stay :)
This apartment is in a good location in Shibuya, and a short walk to a very beautiful temple. You almost forget that in the other direction is one of the busiest parts of Tokyo.
We enjoyed our stay and felt it had everything we needed.
Lin is a wonderful host who knows exactly what she is doing! Her apartment guide was beautifully clear, personal, and overall very thoughtful. We found a Lonely Planet among a bunch of other guides she left for travelers as well. Very helpful.
This really is a one-bedroom, especially in the winter time where the 2nd room is against the glass doors leading to the balcony which can get quite cold despite the heater. We used this room to keep our stuff, otherwise there would be nowhere to put much.
The apartment really gives you a feel of what it would be to live in Tokyo.
Lins apartment is fantastic. We stayed there for 4 days and we had everything we needed. The apartment is in a great location, and we managed to explore tokyo with ease. Lin responded to all our questions straight away. We loved it so much and would love to go back there if we get a chance. Thank you so much Lin, we hope you liked the present.
Дом Лин, находиться очень близко от станции метро. В доме есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания. Мы провели замечательное время в Токио. Спасибо Лин )))))
The apartment was good and we had a lovely stay.
The only things were, that the pocket wi-fi was extremely slow, and there were many times when we couldn't get on the web. There was also a draft from the windows and the refrigerator was very noisy.
Lin was very sweet and quick in respond - a great host!
It was wonderful having Lin and Kai stay. Would welcome them back anytime.
It was a pleasure having Lin & Kai stay with us. It was great interacting with them, learning more about their culture and sharing more of ours with them. – many discussions were had. Lin & Kai are both extremely polite and constantly cleaning up after themselves. We would welcome them back to stay at our place anytime they’re in town.
