I'm an entertainment lawyer and producer living in Manhattan, New York.
WOW. What a great place. We were so close to all the shows, restaurants, and shopping. the perfect spot for a visit to NYC. We would come here again. Adam was also a very gracious host. Thanks again.
Thanks a lot for your apartment in the center of NY, I came with my boss after a business trip and we spend a really good weekend thanks to your apartment, we went to times square in 5minutes, all was very clean, all very organised to take keys and others, I only can say I definetely recommend your apartment!
Adam was a great host. The apartment was very well located and excellently furnished. Would definitely stay there again. Sorry this has taken so long Adam!
I stayed at Adam's place for 3 nights it was wonderful stay. Place was specious enough and clean. In my care more than enough. Easily accesible to public transports and NYC cabs. Near to most attractions. Quieter place.
As described in the pics and description.
Adam is a wonderful host and pretty responsive too.
Long story short definitely worth renting and would give first preference next time of my NYC visit.
We slept 4 people over two nights in Adam's place, and had tons of space. Adam has a great apartment right near the Times Square in midtown. It's the perfect place for groups looking to be close to the tourist hot-spots. We walked all around Manhattan but never felt like it was a tedious trek back to the place, and saw all the sights we wanted easily.
Like I said, the apartment is very spacious, fit four of us easily. Adam was a wonderful host and gave us everything we needed for an awesome stay. The apartment is off a side street and is pretty quiet, feels safe, very clean.
Definitely worth checking out if you and a few of your friends/family are visiting New York for the first time.
We had a fabulous experience renting from Adam. The apartment was just as described/pictured and the fantastic location meant an easy walk to/from our buses at Port Authority. The apartment was clean, quiet, comfortable, and quite spacious. Additionally, Adam was very patient and helpful initially as some of our plans (precise length of stay and size of party) were in flux.
Adam sent us some logistical information ahead of time which I greatly appreciated, and he was very friendly when we arrived at the apartment. Additionally, when we had a question one night regarding proper operation of the futon (user error on our part!) he got back to us immediately with concise and helpful instructions.
All in all, the apartment was a wonderful home base for our visit with some local friends and family and we're already talking about staying here again for our next trip, if it's available!
Host – Adam was great throughout the process and I would gladly work with him again. He responded in hours after the initial request, promptly answered my questions about the apartment and the area, and was very communicative throughout the week leading up to the trip. He was flexible with our arrival, which, as we discovered, can take a LONG time into Manhattan on a Saturday night. He was even nice enough to answer a few questions throughout the trip that I asked in regards to the apartment and the area.
Location – This apartment really is less than two blocks from the center of Times Square on 46th street. We really enjoyed being so close without having to deal with the heavy crowds right outside the front door. The neighborhood is always bustling with people and feels very safe at any time of the day or night. There are countless restaurants within a 5-minute walk whether you are looking for a quick bite or a more formal, sit-down meal. All transportation is accessible by a 2-minute walk to the Port Authority terminal at the corner of 42nd and 8th and the subway can take you anywhere in the city.
Apartment – The place was even larger than advertised, which was a nice treat in NY. Extremely large bedroom with a queen bed and a very comfortable futon converted into a queen. The kitchen has full-sized appliances, counter space, and room to move and apparently, those things can be rare. The living room was spacious with a full-sized sectional sofa, large flat-panel TV, and accessible cable. It is a short walk up to the 2nd floor so luggage, groceries, food, etc were very manageable.
Overall, we had a great experience and we would definitely go this route in the future. Thanks Adam!
For those looking to visit all the best sites in NYC, this is the place to stay. Extremely convenient location, within walking distance to many Times Square attractions, and really close to several key subway lines. The place itself was much, much bigger than expected, and while it was just me, I could see how four people could stay comfortably. Adam kindly left plenty of room for storage in the refrigerator and closet. Also, despite the popular location, the place was surprisingly quiet (and I'm a light sleeper). The place was clean, and the whole transaction was easy. My only recommendation to Adam is to invest in bigger pillows as the ones provided were quite thin. I would recommend this place without hesitation.
Great Guest. I surely recommend Adam!
