Dannie was an extremely high maintenance guest. We would not welcome her back. We have hosted loads of fabulous guests and this is the first time we've felt completely taken advantage of by a guest. Dannie missed her flight. There was no broken down engine, or flight delays, or other unforeseen disasters. They just missed their flight. Airbnb sets their refund policy loud and clear. So when we said we would not refund for the previous night she tried to come up with any complaint she could about our loft in order to get out of paying. As anyone can see from our incredibly long list of fantastic reviews - we always go above and beyond to make our guests happy and we haven't received any complaints to date! We were really disappointed to have this experience with Dannie and we would not welcome her back.
Dannie and her parents were great guests at my condo. I welcome them to stay with me again.
Dannie was a great Guest! I enjoyed hosting her and I hope to host her in the future. She left the apartment in pristine condition, very clean and neat. the communication with her was great during the reservation and during the stay. I am glad she choe my place for her vacation in South Beach .
Dannie and Joao were a pleasure. They are very interesting people and showed the utmost respect for me and my apartment. i had a great time talking with them about their life in Boston and about the things they did for their first time here in Chicago :)
