Response from Livia:
Dear John, first of all I want to thank you once more for choosing my apartment. Nevertheless I must point out something: when you rent an apartment (not a room in a hotel) it is not foreseen to give bed linens and towels. As a courtesy I gave you both for free and when you wrote to me (after three days staying) that you needed new towels, I answered you that there were clean towels in the drawer and you could use them. You never wrote again and I thought it was ok. Just for the sake of good order you had 4 towels each and many small towels under the sink in the bath to dry your hands. You had two changes of bed linens. As far as laundry is concerned when you arrive I explained your that there is a laundry write behind the entrance of the house, in the same building but on the back. There are 4 more laundries in the area and I really don't understand why you could not find one. Moreover you broke (without leaving a message of apologize for that) a red porcellana (china) heart shaped dish. As you know there were on the table a couple of this small dishes only as ornament and now there is only one dish. It may happen to break something but I think it is due to write it down to inform us. Other guests broke something and I always found there apologies for that and in one case money left to pay the small damage.
Thanks again and regards
