This apartment and the building are shiny and new! It's very tiny as you can see in the pictures, although the shower is quite spacious.
My only complaint: because the apartment is lived in at other times, the closet and other storage areas are already full, so you'll have to improvise if you're looking to unpack your own clothes.
I was able to accommodate a friend needing to crash here a few nights. Close the door between the kitchen and bedroom and you have some privacy for both people. Bean bags make an okay impromptu mattress.
Absolutely quiet here. I was never bothered by street noise or sounds from other apartments.
Thank you James and Megumi for being such great hosts~! The apartment was nice and cozy~ There were convenience stores and coffeeshops (plus an Artisan Coffee Brewer!) within walkable distance, and nice little eateries around~ Plus, it was so easy to get anywhere else I wanted to~ ^^ I'd love to come back again~!! いろいろありがとうございます～またよろしくですね～＾＾
Perfect Airbnb experience! Self checkin/checkout is something I love.
The apartment is brand new and comfortable. Everything worked great. Fast internet, nice big shower, stove, fridge, microwave, TV all modern and working great. The location is quite central and easy to get around from the nearby stations. Bed is comfy.
Megumi was super quick to reply to my questions and pleasant to deal with in general. Next time I'm in Tokyo I'd love to stay here again.
By far the BEST of the several airbnb apartments I stayed in during my Japan trip. Location has excellent amenity and many cultural selling points, however it is the immaculate, modern and loved/lived-in one bedroom apartment that will guarantee you enjoy your stay in the highest level of comfort. James is an exceptional host, who will ensure any of your confusions are addressed promptly and professionally. My only concern is that I won't be able to get this place next time I'm in Japan!
It's a nice apartment , Clean and comfortable , There are 2 metro near by , only 5 mins walk , also nice host ..thanks James..
Great hideaway from the crazy Blizzard that struck Tokyo in mid Jan 2012. Located literally 5 minutes away from the Subway line, Convenience Marts, and MacDonalds, you're never far away from anything in this comfortable apartment.
Check in and out was extremely smooth. James and Megumi Were extremely helpful hosts. They were just a phone call or (website hidden) message away.
James was a great guest! He stayed with us for about 5 days. He was very polite and respectful, an interesting guest to talk to, and such a nice person to welcome into our home! We would definitely recommend him as a guest to anyone else.
