I'm an owner in Manhattan and love the neighborhood I live in, (also the same neighborhood as my short term rental). I've been here for many years and have to say there is no where else in the U.S. I'd rather live.
As a host I try my best to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. I provide just about everything you'll need during your stay, short of food in the fridge (I can even do that but would be additional cost/details). I purposefully made my apartment a combination of pre-war character and modern decor. The combination gives you a warm place to stay, with beautiful detail.
My life moto? This is one that Airbnb suggested I answer. I'd say "never accept mediocre".
