Linda was kind and the apartment was good: small but equipped with the essentials things. The position was also good, near to a metro station and with a (email hidden). Ideal for couple who want to pass few days in Paris
We stayed at Linda's place for three nights and it was a very convenient location. To the centre it was only a few metro stops and a supermarket was right next door. The room has a good size for two people and the bed was comfortable. Good price for what you get!
The room was small but close to the Metro station, as described. There was a small issue with the plumbing, but we were made aware of it upon check-in and it was quickly resolved when they said it would be.
My husband and I stayed at Linda's place this July. Due to bus delays and train strikes, we were late to check-in and Linda was very quick at responding and understanding. We didn't meet her, but her friend met us at the Metro station and walked us to her place which was very close by. Her apartment is on the top floor and there are a number of stairs and no elevator. This was fine for us (good exercise!) On the street outside her place, there is a grocery store and a bakery which really helped us to save some money for the 4 days that we were there. The room is small but it was very clean. It was good for just the two of us. The walk from Linda's place to Notre Dame was about 30 mins, but everything was easily accessible by Metro. Anytime we needed to contact Linda and had questions she was very helpful and again, quick to respond.
Room is tiny and the shower had no hot water at all. There was not enough toilet paper for our stay and the toilet itself didn't seem sanitary (really gross inside it). It is located up 4 flights of spiraling staircases which made it really difficult for us to carry our bags to. Overall it's overpriced and I would not recommend.
This is a great place for a stay in Paris, it's small but it has everything you need. Fits 2 people very comfortably. There is a Metro station right outside the door, and it's walkable to Gare d'Austerlitz and Gare de Lyon. The neighbourhood has plenty of cafes and restaurants, a Monoprix grocery store one minute away, and is very safe. (We were two young females and felt perfectly okay getting back when it was dark). Notre Dame and the Latin Quarter are also walkable distance away. We didn't meet Linda, but her friend met us and showed us the place. The only thing to note is there are 4 sets of winding stairs to get to the floor the room is on, we had backpacks but this would be trickier with a suitcase, however I think this is the case in most of Paris.
The location of the apartment was very near to the metro station. The room was smaller than expected but it was very clean and nice. Everything was in order and everything worked fine.
We didn't meet Linda, but a friend of her gave us the key and was very friendly.
A very serious and honest personen, i wont hesitate a minute if i had to choose her place, as i know she will try her best to make me feel like home....
A very nice friend and an honest and serious persone, I have seen her place and i like it very much, as its right in the city center and many easy transportations are just few minutes y walk.
I am sure you will like it very much if you chose her place
