I am a writer and speaker who loves travel, music, art and history. In my 30s I studied and qualified as a naturopathic herbalist and embraced a passion for the natural world. My first book "Earth Laughs In Flowers" was published in 2012 and tells the story of the connectivity of all living things.

Although I am no longer in private practise, I love to help and educate people about good health, good nutrition and creating a positive lifestyle.
I love to cook for my family and friends especially during warm Australian summers when we can eat outside in the garden. I eat mostly vegetarian food but occasionally will eat fish but will happily cook any style of food.
I have travelled throughout my life whenever possible and love to experience the culture of different countries. I grew up in England and have lived in Australia for many years. I have also travelled several times to South America, New Zealand, Thailand, Bali and Hong Kong.
I love all good music, from classical to modern - anything from Mozart and Beethoven, Arvo Part and Nigel Westlake, Pink Floyd and Sting. I also love to listen to local musicians when I am travelling.
Meeting people and finding out about local customs and culture are highlights when I am travelling. I have a gentle personality, love to laugh and have fun and fit in with most people with similar interests.
