We stayed in Juan's place for the semana santa and found it to be the perfect place to get to know and explore Sevilla.
The apartment is on the ground floor in a quiet street, with the bedroom being on the lower (basement) level.
The place is nicely furnished and cozy. It is perfect to relax in a warm and homy atmosphere and to get prepared for the adventures of the city. It is very well equipped: aside from all necessary kitchen ware it had basic spices and coffee.
The areas for going out and shopping are all in walking distance, and reachable via narrow streets.
Juan always replied promptly on our questions and arranged our arrival and departure flexibly.
We thank Juan for a great time.
Thank you very much Bianca . It was great to meet you in my house. I hope you liked the Easter marches and return in the future. You have available my house anytime!! Thanks!!
Juan is a great host! He responded really quick to our request and questions, and gave us lots of good suggestions before our trip. We arrived quite late at night but he was flexible to meet us then. The apartment was really spacious, located in the historical part of the town, next to a beautiful church. We could easily walk to all the tourist sites and good restaurants. The apartment is also very neat, beautiful and quiet, probably because Juan is an architect, we could tell that he did lots work to make it comfortable. It did get a little chilling in the night, but we guess no heating system in most of Sevilla house, it was fine. In general very great experience, will stay next time we visit Seville.
Hi Jeffrey. Thank you very much. You have your home in Sevilla for your next trip to our city. It was a pleasure for me!!!
Juan was an excellent guest. He was extremely courteous throughout his stay and he would definitely be welcome back!
Juan is a lovely person. We met in New York when we were both interning at the UN. We spent New Year's Eve together with his wife and other friends. I'd recommend him as a guest/host!
