I would stay away from a guest like Kimberly. She is very dishonest and unappreciative. On the check-in date, when the cleaning of our condo was in progress to get ready for new guest, she asked me if she can check in before the agreed upon check in time. Because I am very flexible with my guests and try to accommodate their needs to the best i can, I allowed her to check in earlier. However, I told her that the second set of bed sheets were washed and still in the dryer and she can check- in earlier as long as she is ok with that and she agreed. But when she checked out she left a review for us saying that every thing in the condo was dirty. This is unbelievable because our condo is spotless and we make sure every thing is cleaned and shined to the highest standard for our guests.
When I met her for the first time, she had such frowns and assaulting attitude which struck me so much for the rest of my day. I offered them instruction on how to get to our underground parking slot, but they said they do not need it. Apparently they were not familiar with a simple electric parking gate which opens with a push of a bottom on the fob. So they had trouble opening the gate, and yet later blamed us for not giving them instruction.
Our apartment is in the heart of downtown Vancouver and the address is simply a street number followed by the name of the street. They complained later that they had difficulty finding our address and blamed it on us for not giving them full instruction. I don't know how else we could give them the address.
Long story short, they didn't stay for the full 2 days of reservation and checked out sooner and said the wife is seek and they have to leave. When I went back to our condo I found the remote control of the tv in the garbage can. I gave them a 24 hr phone line to assist them with anything they need, but they never asked for assistance and didn't even tell us they were unhappy and later in reviews they blamed us for lack of communication.
So my message to all hosts on airbnb is to stay away from Kimberly and do not let her book your place. No matter what you do, she will complain and finally leaves a dishonest review for you. And also she will dump your valuable artifacts of your place into the garbage can. She is also very disrespectful and leaves you speechless by her rude behavior.
