I'm generally positive, but I have to leave a blunt review.
I rented this unit on behalf of my older, not tech-savvy parents, who were visiting me for the winter holiday. I’m sorry to say I was disappointed with the overall experience.
There are small and big problems with this rental.
Catherine first told me not to check in with the building, which has a front desk/security. “It’s not a hotel,” she texted. While I understand that, later, she revealed that she was NOT the owner of the unit, but in fact renting the unit. Which makes the use of it as an AirBnB location an illegal sublease, and puts any of her guests in the potentially uncomfortable situation of being asked to leave should they be discovered. She also did not have any contacts for in-case-of-emergency, other than herself - she was traveling abroad and asked me not to call because of the time difference! - but to text or email if I needed something.
She met me on a Wednesday to give me the keys for the stay, which began on Friday. She was surprised that I would want to see the unit! This made me feel that I was putting *her* out as her paying guest!
As we entered the unit, her maid was leaving. I thought this meant the unit would be very clean. I was wrong.
On Friday, I came to the unit to set it up. The guest toilet needed to be flushed, as it was full of feces.
There was a film of grime that covered all the surfaces in the unit - either cooking with too much oil, (email hidden) system, or just a general lack of cleaning. Regardless, touching anything left you feeling dirty. My wife and I spent a few hours attempting to clean the entire unit to make it feel not so uncomfortable.
The sheets she left on the bed, which I had requested be fresh, were stained. We felt compelled to go to Target to replace these.
The towels in the bathroom were damp, 2 days after she left. We also replaced these at Target.
The closets were covered in the same grime combined with AC dust and debris and needed to be wiped down.
There was a stained handprint on the wall next to the shower. I don’t want to imagine how that happened.
The shower curtain rings were completely rusted, raining down bits when moved. We replaced this at Target as well.
There was rotting fruit on the counter and rotted/moldy food in the fridge that needed to be thrown out.
My parents reported that while the washing machine worked fine, the dryer apparently lacked a heating element, because their clothes were not dry after hours of tumbling.
They also reported that the drain in the shower was so clogged that it was impossible to take a shower longer than a few minutes otherwise the tub would fill up.
Not all the information on the page was correct. Catherine was nice and respectful, however I wish she went over specifics and details with me further. Overall, good experience. It's a beautiful Condo.
It was awesome. The Condo is close to all. When You are here it is better than what You can see on the pictures.

Always Laughing and Smiling, Catherine was a nice guest. She is definitely not a morning person, so no need to worry about breakfast for her. She is the type that enjoys life and the adventures life holds. Have fun on your tour. Jeff & George
Catherine was great she stayed with us originally a few days then extended to a few more. She was easy and laid back to have around while she was touring FL. Would recommend her to any host. Safe travels Catherine!
