Absolutely the most difficult and unreasonable guest I've ever had to deal with. Katie and her group did not care about our rules whatsoever.
Part of her group decided to leave early but did not inform our reception staff at 1:30pm when our check out time is 10am and our cleaners had already finished for the day. This was our last room available and we weren't able to sell it because it was not cleaned because of Katie's group. Despite this, I decided to refund what was not used and did not charge a late fee or cancellation even though we do not refund for early check outs.
The other group decided did the same the next day and again they told our staff at 1pm. Again they expected a refund.
If they had been more considerate and told our staff they were checking out early before 10am we would have been able to sell their room again. I would have taken this considerate gesture and offered another refund.
I'm so happy she is gone and I would NEVER recommend Katie as a guest.
It was a pleasure having Katie at the ski cabin. She was a great guest and even made coffee and breakfast for the house! And she was awesome company to boot!
