2) That your 8People Group was actually renting not only One, But 2 of our flats
(Infact we would never ever let 8 People stay in a 4People appartment)
3) You, or one of your friends, on last Sunday Late night

even if she was busy with friends on the other side of Rome, AFTER YOUR CALL
****JUST RUNED TO VIA MODENA 50 TO HELP YOU****
and Svetlana + Her Boyfriend Personally tried for more then one hour
to take out the Broken key, and Open the door for you,
Until 1am, without charging you anything for the extra time!!
5) Svetlana ALSO referred us, your Friends group was clearly coming back from some Party or PubCrawl, and you was all QUITE "Happy"
6) VERY IMPORTANT!!
When We find out It was Not Possible to Open this door withOut Big Damages,

to wait the morning after about 9am
our Maintaining Service to Come

7) You Immediately refused OUR FREE ACCOMODATION,
because you said 9am was too late, and that you had an early Flight the Morning after, SO THE ONLY SOLUTION WAS TO CALL AN EXTERNAL LOCKSMITH LATE NIGHT SERVICE FROM YELLOW PAGES, I PERSONALLY DID.
8) This VERY EXPENSIVE LATE NIGHT EMERGENCY SERVICES
(First Price was €250 and I negotiate for you to €150!!!)
WHEN IN THE BUILDING, THEY DO NOT EVEN START WORKING ON THE BROKEN DOOR-LOCK, IF THEY DO NOT RECIVE PAYMENT IN ADVANCE!!
And our HouseKeeper Svetlana Obviously Did Not
have any Money to pay this Service.
9) You actually Left the Morning after our Flat, without Refunding us
The real Damage to the door and Lock,
We had to Pay Last Monday of €145 taxes incl.
and that Now, with AirBnb Help, we would like to have back from you Mr Gurney.
10) Considering :
A) That You paid an Emergency Late Night service to a third YelloPages Company (and Surly Not 1penny to us)
B) That (Probably after a very alcoholic PubCrawlParty with friends)
You personally BROKE THE WRONG KEY INSIDE OUR LOCK
for your personal responsibility,
C) That you also refused our 9am Morning after FREE MAINTENANCE SERVICE.
D) That you and your friends still own us €145,00
I hope you will quickly Apologize with our HouseKeeper Svetlana,

and also with AirBnb services
for using Shameless words as "BlackMail our guests" etc
For the rest, We will surly Not Welcome anymore You and your group of Drinking Young friends in any of our apartments,
